In his professional quest, he has engaged in principal leadership positions in leading organizations including Pearson, McGraw Hill, Master Teacher, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and EdLights. His knowledge and experience in the education sector are unrivalled. He utilizes his experience to decode and resolve problem areas, meet the challenges of an ever changing market and empower others irrespective of the industry.
Throughout his career, Steve has been a groundbreaker. He has dedicated his entire professional career to the growth of business organizations, whether through performance management or best practices. His advice on strategic planning and visionary leadership comes from personal experience.
His other acumens include crisis management, P&L management, and sales force administration. He is an outstanding public speaker and presenter. He constantly leverages his exceptional communication skills to negotiate, train and, most importantly, lead organizations and individuals towards the realization of their objectives. Prior to embarking on his mission to help his clients realize their own success, Steve obtained his BS in Economics from Brigham Young University in 1994. He was a Wright Leadership Fellow and enjoyed being a member of the BYU marching band.
