Ed Kisman joined the Acumen Team with over 14 years of broad-based sales and business development leadership background within the K12 software and professional service organization. Ed has won numerous awards for excellence and has held executive roles across the PreK12 spectrum beginning in 2002 as Vice President of Sales at Follet Software.
Over the last five years Ed has been instrumental in successfully rebuilding sales organizations and their sales processes by positioning educational solutions as being proactive in challenging students while also supporting differential student learning. He partnered with Apex Learning and Rourke Educational Media; both are digital content companies serving the K12 market space. Most recently, Ed served as Vice President of Sales for GoFrontrow…a leading Integrated Campus Communication Solution provider.
Prior to Ed’s educational sales experience he helped drive the business to business market as Vice President of Sales for Alorica Inc., a global provider of enterprise software solutions, to Fortune 500 companies. He has also served as Director of Business Development for Ziff Davis Consultants, a division of Ziff Davis Education.
Ed earned a bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing and Management from John Carroll University in University Heights Ohio.Ed Kisman
